The city hall's platform helps people monitor everything that happens in the city, as well as informing about demands that need attention, requesting actions from the city hall in all areas and suggesting improvements.

Challenge

Located in Brazil, the city hall went through a process of searching for resources and improvements. The innovation sector contacted us, clarifying the challenges and difficulties in providing services to citizens and the city’s infrastructure.

There was a need to design tools to act in immediate and future situations. Bringing citizens closer to city hall and allowing them to identify where they are and what the main problems and difficulties are, so that we can plan actions and seek solutions.

Solution

In times where technology is increasingly in people’s hands, bringing those who are far away closer together, facilitating communication and speeding up various day-to-day activities, investing in mechanisms that guarantee a more effective, efficient and fast service provision is every increasingly necessary. Therefore, our UX/UI design experts designed an application where the city hall could listen to citizens’ suggestions for demands.
Through an interface optimized for user experience, the app has the ability to answer everyday questions. The result? An even better city. The administrative panel integrated with the app’s functionalities, provides the city hall with more organization, optimization of the city’s demands and savings of more than 2 million in inspection resources.
